
Director of Operations and Production of Bukit Asam Suhedi and Director of the Bukit Asam Medika Hospital (RSBAM) Juliana opened the event. Suhedi said that the Bukit Asam CSR vaccination activity supported the government’s Gotong Royong vaccines program.
Bukit Asam previously held other vaccination program and overall the total vaccine that has been distributed by Bukit Asam to the community reached 15,250 doses. Suhedi hoped that vaccination could increase the community's immunity against the COVID-19 virus, so that people’s activities could be back to normal and economic activities can resume as usual.
He also urged those who have been vaccinated to continue to comply with health protocols, including wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining distance.
"After vaccination, please don’t be careless. So friends, ladies and gentlemen, we have prepared 2,350 vaccines and hopefully that after this vaccination, everyone will stay healthy," he said.
Muara Enim Regent Nasrun Umar took time to attend the covid vaccination activity held by Bukit Asam in Tanjung Enim and had the opportunity to give vaccine certificate to one of the participants.
Nasrun Umar expressed his gratitude to Bukit Asam on behalf of the Muara Enim Regency Government for the company’s countless contribution to the people of Muara Enim Regency, including providing covid vaccination to help increase people's immunity in Lawang Kidul District.
