The license certificate was directly given by BNSP Chairman Syamsi Hari to the President Director of PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) Arsal Ismail in Tanjung Enim on Thursday, January 11, 2024.
According to Arsal, Human Resource (HR) competency development is very important to realize the vision of PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) to become a world-class energy company that cares about the environment.
"The BNSP accreditation is crucial for LSP Bukit Asam to enhance the professionalism and competency of HR in order to support the company in achieving its vision. National recognition of our HR competency can be the capital and added value in facing the national, regional, and international economic free market," he said.
LSP Bukit Asam currently has various facilities such as two Hauling Dump Truck and Bulldozer simulator units, one excavator simulator unit, practical test unit, learning center, assessment center, and so on.
"In the future, it is hoped that LSP Bukit Asam would be able to ensure the competence of the mining industry's human resources, which are excellent, have noble character and have global competitiveness," he said.
