He directed and encouraged PBV Bukit Asam to create training for children around the company who have the potential to become volleyball athletes.

Erwin, PORSIBA Volleyball Sports Manager, claimed that PBV Bukit Asam's victory was not the end of their journey. They are dedicated to continuing to enhance their performance and making a name for PORSIBA at the national level.
"We intend to invite the five best Proliga teams to participate with PBV Bukit Asam. We also hope that PBV Bukit Asam can participate in other renowned matches, such as Livoli, this year," said Erwin.
This victory also strengthened the ties of brotherhood between South Sumatra volleyball players. This important moment became an opportunity to further strengthen the relationship between them.
