Agendum No.6 is The approval for the land release of Tanah Hitam and Kandi Post-Open Pit Mine in Ombilin to the Government of Sawahlunto is a proposal from the Board of Director considering Tanah Hitam and Kandi Post-Open Pit Mine in Ombilin which have completed the Company’s reclamation, such as Plants Reclamation, Zoo Manufactures, Excursion Pond, Playground, stables along the stands racetrack, Motocross arena and road race, public facilities such as mosque, and others.

The Implementation of the post-mining activities depends on Stakeholder aspirations in order to create a new post-mine economy subs, obiters it became a pilot implementation of the national post-mine, supported of Sawahlunto as a Heritage City, and became sole city center for the study of underground coal mines in Indonesia.

The Land release of Tanah Hitam and Kandi Post-Open Pit Mine refers to amid the Company’s and the Government of Sawahlunto pursuant to the Agreement No.06/08.04/2400000002/XI-2004 - No.180/11/ Huk-Org/2004 dated November 5, 2004 concerning handover of Post-Open Pit Mine land release in Kandi and Tanah Hitam covering of 393.45 hectares to the Government of Sawahlunto intended for tourist resorts and sports facilities, as well as other facilities.

In accordance with the provisions of Article No. 48 of Government Regulation No. 78 of 2010 concerning of Mining Business License (IUP) holders  and operation & production special Mining Business License who have completed execution of the post-mine required to submit towards the parties entitled in accordance to the legislation through the Minister, Governor, or Regent / Mayor in accordance with their authority.

Pursuant to the explanation above, it is proposed this agenda in order to implement the land release of Tanah Hitam and Kandi Post-Open Pit Mine in Ombilin to the Government of Sawahlunto meeting the applicable requirements including but not limited to the Articles of Association, the legislation in mineral mining and coal mining sector as well as the provisions of the legislation in environmental management.
