Bukit Asam (PTBA) Becomes HR Asia’s Best Workplace Jakarta, June 20, 2025 – PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) recorded a brilliant achievement by winning prestigious awards from HR Asia, namely HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia – Indonesia 2025 and HR Asia Sustainable Workplace Awards 2025. This award is a form of recognition of PTBA's commitment in creating a positive, inclusive, sustainable, and employee welfare-oriented work environment.

HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards is a prestigious award event that recognizes companies with the best human resource (HR) management practices and high levels of employee engagement in the Asian region. The assessment process is conducted thoroughly and objectively through surveys of employees and audits of the company's HR management policies and practices.

"We are grateful for this appreciation. This award is a form of recognition for an open, collaborative work culture and supports the development of employee potential that we have built together at PTBA," said Arsal Ismail, President Director of PTBA.

He added, PTBA consistently implements the Respectful Workplace Policy to create a safe, comfortable, inclusive, and productive work environment. Various programs are also run to support employee well-being, including counseling services through BetterUs Through Counseling, sports and art activities.

As a form of commitment to sustainability, PTBA also won the HR Asia Sustainable Workplace Award, which highlights the company's contribution in implementing environmentally and socially responsible work practices.
