This award is a form of recognition of PTBA's commitment in creating a positive, inclusive, sustainable, and employee welfare-oriented work environment.HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards is a prestigious award event that recognizes companies with the best human resource (HR) management practices and high levels of employee engagement in the Asian region. The assessment process is conducted thoroughly and objectively through surveys of employees and audits of the company's HR management policies and practices.
