
The program lasted three months, from October 1, 2024 to December 16, 2024, and was attended by 96 employees. Amidst the operational activities, all participants successfully completed the program with a 100% completion rate and full attendance at all activities, both face-to-face and online meetings.
"We hope that all participants will be able to implement what they have learned and experienced. Be individuals who can inspire, solve problems, and serve as role models in their respective areas," said Suherman, Director of Human Resources (HR) of PTBA, at the closing ceremony of RLDP-PL 2024 at the Bukit Asam Multipurpose Building (GSG), Monday (16/12/2024).
Suherman expects that RLDP-PL will generate future leaders who are not only technically proficient, but also possess excellent adaptability and leadership abilities. “Continue to learn and develop because you are a part of this company's exciting journey," he said.
RLDP-PL is a development program that aims to improve the capabilities of BOD-4 level personnel so that they can solve problems independently, optimize existing resources, and adapt to change. The training is organized around four pillars of competence: intrapersonal skills, interpersonal skills, leadership development, and business/management skills.
This program consists of several main agendas, including the Phase 1 Development Program with a focus on developing intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. Continued with the Phase 2 Development Program related to project leadership and business management. Then, participants engage in Individual Coaching and Individual Mentoring to strengthen their personal and project work aspects.
Participants also gain practical insight through Company Insight Experience activities to four leading companies, namely PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR), PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam), PT Arkora Hydro Tbk (ARKO), and PT Pertamina (Persero). Each participant delivered an Individual Project Presentation to mark the peak of the agenda.
Fenny Widyastuti, VP of Strategic HR of PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), expressed her appreciation to the participants for their full commitment in the entire series of activities.
"You are the future of the company. With the leadership attitude that has been built, I am confident that we are all ready to face challenges and opportunities in the future," said Fenny.
RLDP-PL 2024 had a significant impact on participants, as seen from the increase in the average post-training score. According to the evaluation, participants improved their communication, case analysis, and conflict management skills.
Aldo Melodi, one of the participants of RLDP-PL 2024, stated that the program gave valuable new knowledge and experience. "Hopefully, the knowledge and experience that we have gained can be applied in everyday life, especially at work," said Aldo.
Rangga Dwi Priyono, another participant, made the same statement. "I hope to give my best contribution to the company. Hopefully, the knowledge gained from this course will help me become a better person," Rangga said.
