Based on the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) PT Bukit Asam Tbk (Persero) or PTBA, eventually composed the latest board of directors and commissioners that have been introduced to the public for the period 2016-2021. Who are they?

To the position of Managing Director, Ir Arviyan Arifin has appointed to replace Milawarma, who already two periods for that position. Previously, he used to serve as Director of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk for the period 2009-2014.
