PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), is pleased to announce it has held the Annual Meeting of Shareholders for the financial year of 2017, which was held on April 11, 2018, at Flores Ballroom, Borobudur Hotel Jakarta. In the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, PTBA decided the distribution of dividends for financial year 2017 amount to Rp 3.35 trillion or Rp 318,521 per share. The amount of dividends constitutes 75 percent of the net profit for financial year 2017 amount to Rp 4.47 trillion. The Annual Meeting of PTBA, shareholders approved the amendment of the articles of association covering the authority to the A-Series Dwiwarna shareholder. The shareholders also approved the change of board members of PTBA. In this Annual General Meeting of Shareholders appoints Mega Satria as Finance Director to replace Orias Petrus Moedak. Meanwhile, Orias Petrus Moedak was appointed Finance Director of Holding SOE Mining Industries PT Inalum (Persero).
