In order to succeed the program of Ministry of SOEs welcoming Birthday 71st Indonesian Independence Day, the SOE Present for The Country, PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk. (PTBA). Healthy Walk 5K event held in 2016 on Sunday (14/8) morning at 6:30 am, at the Central Square Bukit Asam, Pasar Bawah Tanjung Enim, South Sumatra.
President Director of PTBA Arviyan Arifin said in his speech, with the motto "SOE Present for the Country", it is time for the presence of state-owned enterprises could actually provide benefits for the whole society in this republic.
"Especially for Bukit Asam, of course, the presence of Bukit Asam could provide benefits to the community in the district of Muara Enim and Lahat," said Arifin Arviyan.
Attending the ceremony PTBA board of directors as well as two local regents, namely Tanjung Enim Regent Muzakir Sohar Sai and Lahat Regent Aswari Rival. In addition, about 5 thousand residents of Tanjung Enim and vicinity seem keen to follow healthy walk event opened with a flag start jointly by the Director of PTBA, Regent Tanjung Enim and Lahat Regent.
Arviyan Arifin explained that the activity is a series of events initiated by the Ministry of SOEs have been showing one thing that is rarely seen by the citizens, namely the presence of two regents, where PTBA as SOE has operational areas in the two regions of the district administration, namely Muara Enim and Lahat.
Muara Enim Regent Muzakir Sohar Sai, in his speech, saying, PTBA as a state-owned enterprise whose operational area partly located within the Regency of Muara Enim rated responsive to the needs of the surrounding environment.

In addition to the Healthy Walk 5K in 2016, in order to succeed the program "SOE Present for The Country", PTBA also organizes Students Know Nusantara 2016 with PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Pusri) to send 20 students throughout South Sumatra to North Maluku province.
