Srikandi Bukit Asam Care Through Action in the Holy Month As the holy month of Ramadan 1446 H begins, Srikandi of Bukit Asam once again demonstrates its commitment through the Srikandi Peduli program, themed 'Moving with Heart, Bringing Greater Meaning to Ramadan”.

The main objective of this activity is to emphasize Srikandi's active role in making a positive impact on society. Through various initiatives in education, health, economic empowerment, and social care, Srikandi Bukit Asam is committed to becoming an agent of change that delivers meaningful benefits to the surrounding community.

This year's Ramadan program features a range of activities aimed at directly addressing the needs of the community, including the distribution of iftar packages, supplies for orphanages and Islamic boarding schools, and the provision of plant seeds (fruits and vegetables)."

This program reaches six Islamic boarding schools and two orphanages in the company's operational area, including Pondok Pesantren Al Faroz, Panti Asuhan Tarbiyaturrohaniyah (YPTIR), Pondok Pesantren Daar El Najjah, Panti Asuhan Darul Yatim Lepas Mandiri, Pondok Pesantren Al Fatah, Pondok Pesantren Nurul Qur'an Mandala, Pondok Pesantren Darul Hijroh Kelawas, Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Assyari’ah.

“We believe that Ramadan is the right moment to share and strengthen bonds. We hope to bring joy and blessings to those in need,” said Juliana, Chair of Srikandi Bukit Asam.

Through this program, Srikandi Bukit Asam aims not only to provide material assistance but also to create a lasting social impact. For example, the distribution of plant seeds is intended to promote economic independence and enhance food security within the Islamic boarding schools and orphanages.

Ustaz Wahyudin, the caretaker of Darul Hijrah Kelawas Islamic Boarding School, expressed his heartfelt appreciation for this program. He noted that this initiative not only provides material assistance but also brings blessings and a renewed sense of enthusiasm to both the students and administrators of the school.

He expressed his hope that such programs will continue in the future. 'We pray that Srikandi Bukit Asam is always granted ease and blessings in every step. May collaborations like this continue, not just during Ramadan, but at other times,” he said, with deep emotion.
