Sukrisno was appointed President Director in 2006. He earned his Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering from the 10 November Institure of Technology Surabaya in 1980. Prior to his current post he was the Company's Director of Operations/Production (2001-2006), Head of Operations Department at PT Semen Padang (1995-2001), and Commissioner at PT Yasiga Sarana Utama.

Dono, was appointed as Finance Director in 2006. He earned a Master of Science in Project and Construction Management from the Golden Gate University, San Francisco in 1989 and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville in 1985. Prior to his appointment as the Company's Finance Director, Dono was Director at PT Barclays Capital Securities Indonesia (2004-2006), President Director of PT Citigroup Securities Indonesia (2001- 2004), and Investment Banking Director of PT Danareksa (1996 -2001).

Milawarma, M. Eng was appointed Operations/Production Director in 2006. He received his Master's Degree in Engineering at the University of Wollongong, Australia in 1994 and a Bachelor's Degree in Mining at UPN Veteran, Yogyakarta in 1987. Previously, he held positions as Company's Corporate Secretary (2003-2006), Senior Business Development Analyst (1999-2003); Head of Business Diversification (1997-1999) and Head of Long-Term Mining Planning Department (1995-1996).

Heri was appointed as Business Development Director in 2006. He received a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Insitute of Technology. Prior to his appointment as Business Development Director, Mr. Heri was PT Bukit Pembangkit Innovative President Director (2006); Company's Logistic Senior Manager (2005-2006); Briquet Business General Manager (2001-2005); Coal Briquet Development Project Leader (1993-2001), and Head of the Engineering Development Division (1991-1993).

Tiendas was appointed Commerce Director in 2006. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Mining from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1980. Previously, he held positions as PT Semen Tonasa Marketing Director (2002-2005), PT Semen Tonasa Research and Development Director (2002), Company's Head of Business Development (2001-2002), Human Resources Expert (1998-2001), Head of Internal Audit (1997-1998) and Corporate Secretary (1991-1997).

Mahbub has held the position as Human Resources and General Affairs Director since 2001. He earned a Mining Degree from the University of Sriwijaya, Palembang in 1977 and a Bachelor’s Degree from the National Institute of Adminitration in Ujung Pandang 1988. Before joining the Company, he held various positions such as Head of Mining and Energy Utilization Services South Sumatra Province (2002-2001), Head of the Mining and Energy Representative Office in Aceh Province (1995-2000) and Head of the Gas Development Division at the Gas & Energy Representative Office in South Sulawesi Province (1990-1995).
